Recent card recipient. First time in Trulieve, Summerfield. From the greeting when walking through the door, to the well wishes and goodbye as leaving, everything was pristine and top notch !! Marco, who educated me on the medication and helped with the process from selection to checkout, was very professional and knowledgable. !! Extremely excited to return in the future to take advantage of all the Major discounts they give to new customers ! And I was Very pleased to find out about the continued discounts for military and those 55 and over... 👍👍👍👍 GREAT JOB Trulieve, Summerfield !!!!!

Extremely long wait times. Even if you put in an order get an email the next day at 9am saying the product is ready go to, pick up at 7pm and still having to wait such a long time especially for an order that was placed the prior day for this exact reason.

Oh Trulieve....I purchased the alien labs atomic apple. A $60 strain with no discounts. EVERY OTHER DISPO offers their veterans discounts on more products than Trulieve. The weed hit hard but the flavor was basically non existent. Weed also weighed under, 3.45....and this is from a medical dispo, no excuse to be under. The Flowery offers $60 strains that hit just as hard, have more flavor and guess what....discounts actually work. Avoid them if you can, AYR offers better overall product at a better rate if you need cheaper. For better, shop at Jungle boys or The Flowery. Horrible veterans/retirement/snap discounts Over priced weed Horrid customer service Better options literally across the street.
